Paul Corcoran is founder and CEO of the award-winning Agent, a full-service marketing agency with studios in Liverpool and Manchester. Paul is passionate about good growth; driving responsible business forward with a laser focus on purpose, principles, and profit. Agent is one of the first UK agencies to fully adopt the four-day working week and was named as one of the Sunday Times’ Best Places to Work, 2025.
In 2014, Paul established the pioneering not-for-profit, Agent Academy, which has trained and coached thousands of young people to gain employment in the creative, digital, and tech sectors.
Paul is a member of the North West Business Leadership Team, Net Zero NW, an associate of vocL, an advisory board member of She Leads for Legacy, and an industry champion for the Policy and Evidence Centre for the Creative Industries.
Paul has won The Guardian’s Sustainable Business Leader of the Year award, Prolific North’s Outstanding Contribution to the North award, and was named in Business Cloud’s Northern Leaders List 2025.
