BAE Systems | Projects Delivery Director
Glyn is the Projects Delivery Director for Integrated Business Capability within BAE Systems Submarines (BAES-S). In this role, Glyn is accountable for the design & delivery of coherent and integrated business solutions that underpin and enable effective delivery of the major submarine programmes. This role supports the BAES-S’ changing landscape, investment and business-level decision-making.
Having begun his career 39 years ago as an apprentice joiner, Glyn has held a number of senior leadership roles within BAE Systems including Delivery Director, Transformation Director and Alliance Team roles with the MoD and wider industry.
Glyn is both chartered and a fellow within the Association for Project Management. Having lived and worked in the North West for over 30 years, Glyn is passionate about developing others within the manufacturing sector and supporting the local community and the wider region.
