Thought Leadership

The North West Business Leadership Team, as the principal North West voice for senior business leaders, addresses key strategic issues affecting the well-being of the region as a whole. It focuses on a small number of issues at any one time, concentrating principally on those of most relevance to achieving business growth in the North West.

In speaking on behalf of leading businesses throughout the North West, NWBLT’s aim is to provide
5REPORTS (2)a clear, well-informed voice for policy makers on the critical issues for business – for example Skills, Transport, Science, Technology & Innovation and Essential Resources.

NWBLT has also embarked upon a programme of meetings with the North West’s MPs, developing a strong cross-party working relationship for the benefit of both the North West and the UK as a whole.
